Don’t think there’s a penguinchat3.com. It’s on rocketsnail.com. But rocketsnail is closed. so i’m going to make a guide how to go to rocketsnail.com, and to penguin chat 3!

Club Penguin Improvment Project (CPIP) Is Closing Down!

The club penguin improvent project (cpip) is closing down until march! Then there’ll  be a server test and a website redesign.
You could see this in the cpip blog. I have another idea of what the party in July might be.
It might be a western theme, too.
